Refund Policy

Unfortunately, We do not offer refunds for account cancellations after the credit card has been charged by the system, even if the cancellation request is made late.

1. All cancellations must be made via our website BEFORE your next billing date

2. We do not offer any pro-rating or refunds if you cancel your account early. If you decide to cancel before the end of your billing period, there are no refunds (whole or partial).

3. Lost Login Information. If you happen to lose your login information or if the website login area isn’t working for any reason, it’s your responsibility to use the lost password system. You can also get in touch with us to regain access and cancel your account at. You must do this at least one day before the billing cycle ends.

If you reach out to us within 3 business days of being charged on your credit card, and our system confirms that you have made attempts to cancel your account prior to the end of your last billing cycle, but were still unable to do so for some reason, we may, at our discretion, consider issuing a refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. Canceling Your 30-Day Free Trial Period.
Most Instant Restaurant Websites (IRW) accounts begin with a 30-day free trial which allows you to evaluate the service for 30 days.

Although credit card information is collected to start your free trial, you will only be charged if you do not cancel before the end of your 30-day free trial period. You must cancel by logging into your account or submitting a support ticket to our customer service team.

6. Questions about Your Bill?

If you have any questions about charges made to your account, please feel free to reach out to us right away. We’re here to help! If the charges were made in error, we will immediately credit your account or credit card account for the appropriate amount.

7. Regarding Chargeback Abuse. Instant Restaurant Websites (IRW) / Webtacular LLC will actively dispute all chargebacks with solid evidence. Any user found fraudulently disputing an Instant Restaurant Websites (IRW) / Webtacular LLC credit card charge by filing a chargeback with the credit card company, will be permanently blacklisted and barred from use of the Instant Restaurant Websites (IRW) services, all other websites and businesses owned by, subsidiaries of and/or partnered with Webtacular LLC. Any unpaid past-due fees and costs will be sent to collections and if collection efforts fail, unpaid debts will be reported to credit reporting agencies.
